Thanks to all at Incredible Edible Rossendale Harvest Celebration

Just a quick note of thanks to all who attended the Harvest Celebration at Whitaker Park in Rawtenstall last Sunday organized by Incredible Edible Rossendale.
We were fortunate to have a sunny day (although the wind was rather gusty), so visitors were able to spend time outside perousing the stalls and enjoying the Incredible Edible garden.
The cider press was kept busy with apples provided by visitors and from the locality, and the cafe at the Museum did a good trade. (Their herbal teas are the best I've tasted).
The only downside - not enough visitors.
Stallholders and organisers put so much effort into these local events but it always seems to be the same old visitors that attend, despite increased advertising.
So any ideas of how to get Rawtenstallians (or Rossendalians) out of bed on a Sunday morning and out into the sunshine would be much appreciated by all of us.
Once again, thank you, Paul Scott-Bates of Incredible Edible Rossendale for organising the event.
